Where it is used

The slimmest luminaire in the series, a 30×40 mm profile. For offices, corridors and retail floors where the line of light should read as a line. Less flux than Line 50W, but lighter and cleaner under a low ceiling.

Where the numbers come from
  1. The calculated flux is power × 180 lm/W: an upper bound from the efficacy claimed for the LED modules; the module specification and the report are not published on this site. It is not a measurement of the assembled luminaire: the 2018 IES files give 130 to 140 lm/W. The LM-79 report is in progress; until then, use the flux from the IES file in your design, not the calculated one.
  2. Temperature range, rated life and LED lumen depreciation come from the component supplier's catalogue and the LED vendor's data, not an LM-80/TM-21 report on the assembled luminaire.

We are preparing the data sheet: Ra, percent flicker, UGR, supply voltage. Need one for your specification now? Ask our engineer.

The file is dated 2018 and comes from the HLT model of the same name. The calculated flux in the table above was obtained differently.

Questions about this model

What is the warranty on the SVO 01 Line Ultra 40W?

The warranty period is 3 years. It covers both failure of the luminaire and a drop in luminous flux; the terms are written into the contract. A faulty luminaire is replaced.

Is there an IES file for the SVO 01 Line Ultra 40W?

Yes, the IES file can be downloaded from this page without a form. It is dated 2018 and comes from the HLT model of the same name. For DIALux it gives the correct shape of the intensity curve; rescale the absolute flux for the power you choose.

Is the luminous flux on the card measured or calculated?

Calculated, from the power and the efficacy claimed for the LED modules. It is an upper bound, not a measurement of the assembled luminaire. The ANSI/IES LM-79 report is in progress; once we have it, the calculated values will be replaced with measured ones. Until then a design should use the flux from the IES file.

What are the production and delivery times?

They depend on the batch size and the production load. We state them in the quotation.
