There is more light not because the luminaire outshines the lamp, but because the site was calculated to the standard: light reaches the track instead of the roof, and it does not dim the way discharge lamps do. Figures are estimates, to be confirmed by on-site measurement.
≈ 140,400 kWh a year: the electricity the site no longer spends on lighting.

Covers not only failure but loss of light: if the luminous flux drops, we replace the luminaire. Terms are in the contract.
